Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for any changes your scheduled cleaning service. If you cancel, miss, or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, £30 charge will apply. Additionally, please be aware that one or more cleaners may be required to complete your cleaning service, as outlined in your service agreement. Thank you for choosing Royal Maids of London!

We guarantee that all of our cleaning operatives are legally allowed to work in the UK and will provide you with the cleaner available. If your cleaner is unavailable, we'll provide you with an alternative. To Book your cleaner and service you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice link. Invoice link payment needs to be paid to secure your clean.

Our cleaning services come with major accidental damage coverage, ensuring that any damages will be repaired or replaced. We also strive to provide you with a cleaner within 24 to 48 hours of securing your cleaning service. If you need to add an additional service, please contact us via mobile or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
